Our highly qualified personnel sort through the mountain of misinformation that exists within the health and fitness industry, so that we can educate you on the stuff that really matters.

All of our trainers have at least 3 years Personal Training experience, are fully qualified & registered within fitness Queensland.

Our trainers offer 1 on 1 training couple training & various group training sessions. Are located in various areas, work out of large fitness centres or conduct outdoor sessions.
